Ranger College Tuition Rates & Paperwork for Dual Credit Students

Ranger College Tuition Rates for 2020-2021 Dual Credit Students:
Academic courses:$65 per credit hour
Most courses count as 3 hours per semester; therefore, most courses will be $195 per course per semester. CISD will pay half.) Exception: Some courses are considered 4 hours. (Ex: College Anatomy and Calculus)
Welding/EMT courses: $80 per credit hour + any applicable lab fees
Welding counts as 4 hours per semester which will be $320 per semester. CISD will pay half. Also, for welding, if you complete the FAFSA form (even if you don't qualify for grant money), Ranger College will reduce your tuition to $80 per semester and CISD will pay half of that.
I have been told that the EMT courses will cost around $1800 for the entire year. CISD will pay half as long as the courses are completed during the school day.
Pell Grants are available to those students who qualify by completing the FAFSA.
Students will receive a bill in the mail from Ranger College. Please do not pay until you receive the bill.
